To Terminate Lessons
We require 30 days notice to terminate your lessons if you are a registered student. Any pre-paid single lessons or registration fees are not refundable. Please note lesson cancellation fees may apply (see below for list of fees) if 30 full days notice is not given.
Please note – Always give notice to the front desk NOT the teacher, as teachers are busy and often forget to inform the front desk.
To Reschedule Lessons
We require 24 hours notice to reschedule any private music lessons and they can only be rescheduled when your teacher has openings (if we are not open please leave a message on the answering service or email so it can be time stamped). If you provide 24 hours notice you will be added to your teachers make-up list and will receive an email weekly with a list of open lesson times (this list will vary as you will need to take another students spot when they give notice that they will be away). We will send out the make-up lesson email weekly for 30 days, if you do not reschedule after 30 days we will cancel the lesson and the lesson will be forfeited. You’re 30 days starts the date you were added to the make up list (the date you told us you would be away not the date you are away for). If requested we may be able to extend your time on the list up to 60 days.
Illness – Some teachers will consider canceling a lesson due to illness as long as you cancel your lesson before noon the day of and request to be added to the make up list at that time, these teachers will likely do this for you only once and only if we are able to find someone to take the lesson spot for the day. Note – Not all teachers will do this.

Recital Sign Up
Students that would like to perform in our recitals need to sign up with their teacher at least 8-10 weeks prior to our recitals. See our ‘Upcoming Events’ tab for dates and more information on recitals.
Fees
NSF Fees – $35
Lesson Cancellation Fee – $50 (if 30 days notice was not given to end lessons)
Late Payment Fee – $15/Day
